"Tippy" is Neil's second collection of pop/rock songs and saxophone thrills (after Amygdala Brainbites). It has a lot of "tongue in cheek" humor, as well as more straight serious instrumental virtuosity.

The Best Dog Who Ever Was Or Will Be In The Entire Universe For All Time...TIPPY!(Neil's opinion-) Neil explains: "We got Tippy when my father used to supervise The Rocky Mountain News newspaper carriers, when they picked up their papers for delivery at 4 in the morning. My dad was at 7-11 on south Broadway in Denver doing this, when all of a sudden out of nowhere comes this little dog. She was charcoal gray from dirt, and obviously lost. He took her home, and cleaned her up, and discovered she really had white hair and was a purebred West Highland White Terrier. We eventually tracked down her owner, who who didn't even know she was gone, but told us anyway "you can keep her". Tippy was an angel sent from heaven. She has since gone to that big dog bone in the sky , but I still talk to her on a regular basis (using my frontal lobes interdimensional communication circuits of course). Tippy loved everybody. We should all be so good." Hear Tippy Talk (You'll have to listen VERY closely). About the album: The second half of the "Tippy" album marks the return to instrumental music with some elaborate instrumental arrangements and saxophone work. A Real Review of "TIPPY" By Two Experts
